Save the Date – Annual Vendor Meeting February 7th
Save the date! Our JFM Annual Vendor Meeting is scheduled for February 7th, 2015. This year’s meeting will be held in the Community Room at Basics Cooperative (1711 Lodge Drive in Janesville) at 2:00 pm. On the agenda will be the 2015 Board elections, new programming for 2015, our Farmers Market Promotion Program Grant and our new, temporary location. You will also have a chance to sign up for the 2015 season at a discount.
Do you want to be more involved with your local farmers’ market? Do you want to have a say in policies, event planning and fundraising? Then you will want to run for the 2015 Board of Directors. The Board is made up of nine members, including at least five vendors. Meetings are typically held monthly during the fall and winter, with less frequent meetings during the six month market season.
